I’ve always known, I wanted to be a chef. So with a deep profound love for food I set off to cooking-school and later on a degree as sommelier was a logical thing to do.
After working many years in some special places the ambition grew… a place to call my own.
We chose to be in the hot food spot of Antwerp.
